Legislative process of the European Union
Abstract:
The thesis analyses procedures of adoption of EU law acts after entry into of force of the Lisbon Treaty. It construes a re-formulated concept of hierarchy of EU law acts, re-defining the notions of primary and secondary law, taking into account new developments.
Abstract:
Práca skúma postupy prijímania aktov európskeho práva po vstupe Lisabonskej zmluvy v platnosť. Reformuluje koncept hierarchie noriem európskeho práva, pričom zavádza nové definície primárneho a sekundárneho práva, zohľadnujúc nové vývojové tendencie.
