Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na stres v profesi pedagoga. Sleduji požadavky a nároky, které jsou na pedagogy kladeny. Vybírám ty, které působí stresově, a snažím se poukázat na způsoby boje proti stresovým situacím. V teoretické části specifikuji tuto problematiku. V praktické části dotazníkem zjišťuji, jak jsou stresem zasaženi pedagogové na konkrétních školách, co je pro ně nejvíce stresující a jak se stresu brání. V závěru pak nastiňuji opatření, které mohou pomoci snížit počet stresových faktorů a zmírnit negativní působení stresových situací.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the stress in the profession of teacher. I follow the requirements and demands that are placed on teachers. I choose the ones that work stressful and I try to point out the ways to combat the stressful situations. These issues are specified in the theoretical part of this work. The practical part is based on the questionnaire asking how the stress effects on the teachers working in selected schools, what think is most stressful for them and how to prevent the stress. The actions that can help to reduce stress factors and the negative effects of stress are mentioned in the conclusion.
