Glycolurils bearing functional groups and their use for the synthesis of bambusurils
Abstract:
Tato baklářská práce se zabývá syntézou nových derivátů glykolurilu, které obsahují reaktivní funkční skupinu a zárověň stereogenní centrum. Některé deriváty byly chemicky modifikovány a byla prověřena jejich schopnost tvořit makrocyklické sloučeniny.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis of new glycoluril derivatives containing a reactive functional group and a stereogenic center. Some derivatives have been chemically modified and their ability to form macrocyclic compounds has been tested.
