The bachelor thesis deals with the process of asset and capital structure optimization, identification of its basic components and their optimum. The first chapter focuses on determination of theoretical methods. The second chapter analyzes capital and asset structure of an existing enterprise. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá procesom optimalizácie majetkovej a kapitálovej štruktúry, stanovením jej základných položiek a ich optima. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie teoretických metód. Druhá kapitola analyzuje kapitálovú a majetkovú štruktúru existujúceho podniku. V tretej kapitole sú sumarizované návrhy a odporúčania pre zmeny v kapitálovej a majetkovej štruktúre podniku
