Quick Response and its application in selected company.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na logistickou technologii Quick response. Práce se zabývá popisem metody, a to včetně informačních systémů, které jsou předpokladem pro úspěšnou realizaci systému Quick response. Zabývá se rovněž metodami, které jsou v úzkém vztahu s metodou Quick response, a to zejména metodami CPFR a VMI. Praktická část práce mapuje znalost metody Quick response a její využívání ve vybraném podniku farmaceutického průmyslu. V práci je popisován proces předpovědi poptávky, proces logistického plánování, výroby a prodeje, včetně segmentace trhu a způsobu obsluhy jednotlivých segmentů.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on the Quick Response, logistics technology concept. The thesis deals with the description of the methods, including information systems which are a prerequisite for successful implementation of QuickResponse. It also deals with systems that are in close relationship with a QuickResponse, and in particular methods CPFR and VMI. The practical part of the thesis maps the knowledge of quickresponse concept and usage of this concept in selected company in pharmaceutical industry. The thesis described the demand forecasting, logistics planning, production planning and sales process, including market segmentation and the distribution methodfor each segment.
