Modeling macroeconomic asymmetries in housing market
Abstract:
Cílem práce je identifikovat reakci makroekonomických veličin na šok v preferencích bydlení, který má za následek změnu cen nemovitostí. Z toho důvodu je zvolen středně velký model dynamické stochastické všeobecné rovnováhy s trhem nemovitostí, kde figuruje nemovitost jako zástava pro úvěr. Do modelu je navíc zahrnuto úvěrové omezení. The thesis aims to identify the reaction of macroeconomic variables on housing preference shock causing a change in house prices. A medium-scale dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model with the housing sector is chosen to achieve this goal. Housing is considered collateral for the loan.
