Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo optimalizovat doporučené dávky potravin pro vybrané skupiny civilního obyvatelstva v krizových stavech. Výchozí jídelní lístky byly plánovány pro různé skupiny obyvatelstva na 10 dní. Předpokládaly se 2 formy fyzické zátěže (muži, ženy pracující a nepracující) a dva možné stavy (přítomnost chladírenské techniky a absence chladírenské techniky). Abstract:
The aim of thesis was to optimise the recommended foodstuffs rations for distinguished groups of civilian population in crisis. The original menus were planned for various groups of population for 10 days. There were assumed two cases of physical exercise (working men and women, not-working men and women) and two situations (with cooling equip-ment and without cooling equipment).
