Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši o extrakci a stanovení methylesterů mastných kyselin a ropných látek v kontaminovaných vodách. Experimentální část je zaměřená na extrakci methylesterů mastných kyselin a uhlovodíkové části směsné motorové nafty z modelových vzorků a vzorků kontaminovaných vod magnetickou tuhou fází a porovnání s extrakcí kapalina-kapalina. Abstract:
Theoretical part contains literature search about extraction and determination of fatty acid methylesters and oil from contamined water. Experimental part is aimed at magnetic phase extraction of fatty acid methylesters and hydrocarbon part of biopetrol from model water samples and contamined water samples, and their compare with liquid- liquid extraction.
