Security Project of Selected Social Events in the Context of the Protection Soft Targets

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma bezpečnosti a ochrany měkkých cílů na oslavách 1. máje ve Zlíně. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled právních norem a strategických a koncepčních dokumentů vztahujících se k této problematice. Dále se zaměřuje na definici měkkých cílů a vymezení typů měkkých cílů, terorismus, boj proti němu a teroristické útoky na měkké cíle. Popisuje ochranu měkkých cílů a vymezuje nejdůležitější složky zajišťující bezpečnost měkkých cílů. V praktické části jsou popsána místa programu, jejich analýza a nedostatky. Součástí práce je koordinační plán a návrhy na opatření, která by mohla výrazně přispět k zajištění ochrany a bezpečnosti návštěvníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of safety and protection of soft targets at the 1st May Day celebrations in Zlín. The theoretical part contains an overview of legal norms and stra-tegic and conceptual documents related to this issue. It also focuses on the definition of soft targets and the definition of types of soft targets, terrorism, the fight against it and terrorist attacks on soft targets. It describes the protection of soft targets and identifies the most im-portant components of soft target security. The practical section describes the program sites, their analysis, and shortcomings. The thesis includes a coordination plan and suggestions for measures that could significantly contribute to the protection and security of visitors.
