Tato práce se zabývá možným využitím metody krystalizace pod vrstvou oleje za použití nového screenu Small Molecule Anion Screen MD1-125 od firmy Molecular Dimensions pro vytvoření krystalů farmakologicky potenciálně zajímavých malých molekul. The possibilities of microbatch under-oil technique for crystallization of pharmacologically potentially interesting small molecules using the crystallization robots and the Small Molecule Anion Screen MD1-125 from Molecular Dimensions was studied.
