Employee satisfaction research in various types of organizations
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat spokojenost pracovníků v zaměstnání. Teoretickou částí je zobrazení pojmů souvisejících s managementem, podnikáním a odměňováním zaměstnanců. Praktickou částí je popsání vybraných podniků, představení jejich situace a detailní analýzy každého podniku. Ve výzkumné části jsou popsány hypotézy a závěrem zobrazení ideálního podniku pro zaměstnání.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is analyze satisfaction of emloyees in employment. Teoretical part explains the concepts about management, entepreneurship and remuneration of employees for their work. Practical part is a description of selected companies, presentation of their situation and detailed analysis of each company.
