Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hedonickým naceněním Tartiniho náměstí v Pirani z pohledu turistů. Základní výzkumnou otázkou je, jak moc si turisté cení Tartiniho náměstí. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují cenu ubytování, využít vícenásobnou regresní analýzu a metodu OLS k vytvoření ekonometrického modelu. Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with hedonic valuation of Tartini Square in Piran from the perspective of tourists. The basic research question is how much tourists value Tartini Square. The aim of the thesis was to identify factors influencing accommodation prices, utilize multiple regression analysis and the OLS method to create an econometric model.
