System for coordination of IT department activities
Abstract:
Práce popisuje postup při tvorbě systému implementovaného za pomoci webových technologií a navrhnutého pomocí Yourdonovy moderní strukturované analýzy. Systém poskytuje snadnou evidenci požadavků jednotlivých zaměstnanců podniku na oddělení výpočetních technologií. Na základě těchto požadavků se koordinovují reakce na dané situace, od provádění servisních zásahů až po nákup techniky nebo softwaru.
Abstract:
The work describes the way of creating the system implemented by web technologies and designed with Yourdon`s Modern structured analysis. System provides an easy demand records on IT departement. On the base of this demands system coordinates the reactions on the situations, from making service missions to technics and software purchase.
