Diplomová práce analyzuje a hodnotí konkurenční prostředí na hypotečním trhu v České republice. Nejprve se věnuje vzniku a vývoji trhu s úvěry na bydlení a v tomto kontextu se zabývá působením pěti konkurenčních sil, které ovlivňují sílu konkurence v daném odvětví. The master thesis analyses and rates the competitive milieu on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. At first, it deals with the creation and development of the mortgage market and in this context it observes the functioning of five competing powers that affect the ratio of competitiveness in that branch.
