Abstract:
This bachelor thesis main focus is the issue of burn trauma patient and patient transport to an adequate hospital unit in pre-hospital emergen-cy care. The theoretical background of the thesis describes the basic cha-racteristics of burns, classification of burns into grades, also according to the extent or mechanism of injury. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou popáleninového traumatu a transportu takéhoto pacienta na adekvátne nemocničné pracovisko. V teoretických východiskách práce je charakterizovaná základná prob-lematika popálenín, triedenie popálenín do stupňov, podľa rozsahu či mechanizmu úrazu.
