The usage of the different kinds of balls within the movement activities in Kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářskou práci jsem zaměřila na využití různých druhů míčů při pohybových aktivitách v mateřské škole. Uvedený zásobník cvičení a pohybových her lze ale využít i při volnočasových aktivitách předškolních dětí. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj dítěte v předškolním věku po stránce tělesné, psychické, pohybové a sociální. V dalších kapitolách jsou uvedeny organizace tělesné výchovy v mateřské škole, manipulace s míčem a jejich nácvik. Dále je zde seznámení s dokumentem Rámcový vzdělávací program a jeho propojení s rozvojem pohybových dovedností v mateřské škole. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní příklady pohybových aktivit v mateřské škole s využitím míčů. Jsou zde popsány cviky na seznámení s jednotlivými míči, pohybové hry, relaxace nebo překážkové dráhy. Činnosti jsou doplněny fotografiemi a nákresy her. Tyto pohybové aktivity by měly přispívat k rozvoji manipulačních dovedností u dětí předškolního věku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of different types of balls in movement activities in kindergartens. The list of activities and games can be used during leisure time of pre-school children as well. The theoretical part of the thesis describes physical, mental, and social development of a child. In the following chapters there are mentioned the organization of physical education in kindergarten, manipulation with the ball and practice. These chapters are followed by the introduction to the Framework Educational Program and its link with the development of motor skills in kindergarten. The practical part contains examples of activities using balls in kindergarten. There are described exercises for getting familiar with individual balls, games, relaxation, or obstacle tracks. Activities are complemented by the photos and drawings. These physical activities should contribute to the development of manipulation skills by pre-school children.
