Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá Institutem náhradního mateřství. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována náhradnímu mateřství, vysvětlením pojmů, stranám procesu náhradního mateřství, procesem náhradního mateřství v České republice, popisem jednotlivých fází procesu náhradního mateřství. Dále teoretická část obsahuje popis finanční stránky procesu, popis právních aspektů spojených s předáním dítěte doplněné o srovnání náhradního mateřství ve světě. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění pozitivních a negativních stránek procesu náhradního mateřství z pohledu náhradních matek.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Institute of surrogate motherhood. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is about a surrogate motherhood, explaining of some concepts, process sides of the replacement motherhood, a surrogacy process in the Czech Republic, a description of various stages of the surrogacy process. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains a description of the financial aspects of the process, a description of the legal aspects related to a child transmission and a comparison of the surrogacy in the world. The practical part focuses on the positive and negative aspects of surrogacy process from the perspective of surrogate mothers.
