Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje výslech jako součást kriminalistické taktiky. Cílem této práce je objasnit téma výslech a popsat jeho průběh. Stopy uložené v paměti člověka jsou jedny z nejdůležitějších v rámci vyšetřování trestného činu, a proto je potřeba s nimi náležitě pracovat. This bachelor thesis describes interrogation as a part of criminal tactics. The aim of this work is to clarify the topic of interrogation and desribe its course. Traces stored in human memory are among the most important in criminal investigations, and therefore need to be properly addressed.
