Legal Aspects of Public Transport
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je rozbor stávající právní úpravy veřejné linkové dopravy, definování základních a souvisejících pojmů, interpretace a aplikace právní úpravy na společenské vztahy s vyzvednutím praktických zkušeností, problematických ustanovení právní úpravy a seznámení se s rozhodovací praxí soudů.

The aim of bachelor work is the analysis of the current legal form of the public service transportation, definition of the basic and related definitions of the public service transportation, interpretation and aplication of the legal form about social relations with emphazing the practical experience, problematic regulations of the legal form and itroducing the decision-making practise of the courts …more
