Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na standardizaci výměny forem na lisovně na pracovišti HTC2 v společnosti Continental Barum, s.r.o. s pomocí metod průmyslového inženýrství a zlepšovatelských iniciativ. Záměrem projektu je snížení času výměny forem, vytvoření jízdních řádů, eliminace plýt-vání v procesu výměny formy a zlepšení pracovních podmínek na daném pracovišti s po-mocí zvýšení bezpečnosti práce.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on standardizing the exchange of mold forms at the workplace HTC2 in the company Continental Barum s.r.o. with usage of methods of industrial engineering and innovation initiatives. The aim of the project is to reduce the time of the exchange of forms, creating schedules, elimination of wastes in the process of mold change and improve working conditions at the workplace by increasing …more
