Increase and Extending of the Employees Qualification

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zvyšováním a prohlubováním kvalifikace zaměstnanců. V úvodu práce je řešena oblast řízení lidských zdrojů z pohledu důležitosti a nezastupitelného místa u zaměstnavatele a základní pojmy, jakými jsou koncept pracovního práva včetně legislativy vzdělávání zaměstnanců a geneze pracovního práva od roku 1948 až do jeho současnosti. Ve druhé části jsou podány ucelené informace o sociální politice zaměstnavatele, je zde popsána péče o zaměstnance, včetně pracovních podmínek a odborný rozvoj zaměstnanců. Třetí část charakterizuje pojem kvalifikace, zaškolení a zaučení zaměstnanců a stručně se zmiňuje také o odborné praxi absolventů škol. Čtvrtá část práce se zaměřuje na zvyšování kvalifikace a pracovní volno, rovněž je věnována pozornost kvalifikační dohodě a jejím náležitostem. V páté části je vysvětlena problematika prohlubování kvalifikace a její podstata, z hlediska odborného rozvoje zaměstnanců je zde zmíněna také rekvalifikace. V praktické části, která je založena na významu funkčnosti vzdělávacího systému ve firmě, proběhne po zpracování výsledků dotazníkového šetření analýza, jež potvrdí anebo vyvrátí hypotézy hodnotící současný stav. Na závěr práce bude navrženo zlepšení a zefektivnění celého systému vzdělávání ve firmě, které tak může sloužit jako podklad pro přijetí nového projektu. Vysvětlen bude také smysl zvyšování a prohlubování kvalifikace zaměstnanců z pohledu současného a budoucího rozvoje zaměstnavatele.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s degree thesis deals with the improvement and enhancement of the employees´ qualifications and skills. The introduction addresses the area of human resources management and its importance for the employer. It defines the key terms such as industrial law, including the legislation covering development and training of employees and the history of industrial law from 1948 to date. The second part provides a comprehensive overview of the social policy exercised by employers, including care taken by employers of their employees in creating good working conditions and providing professional development. The third part defines the terms qualification, training and on-job training of employees and briefly mentions the internship of graduates from schools. The fourth part is focused on the improvement of qualifications and free time provided in this context as well as on the qualification agreement and its necessary requirements. The fifth part explains the issue of qualification enhancement and its substance from the point of view of the employees´ professional development. It also briefly outlines the concept of retraining. The practical part analyses the importance of having a functional training and personal development system in the company and will be based on the assessment of the results from a survey carried out through questionnaires. This assessment will either confirm or negate the assumptions related to the assessment of the present situation. In the conclusion there will be a proposal on how to improve the existing training and development system in the company and make it even more efficient. This proposal may even serve as a basis for a new company project. The importance of the employees´ training and qualification improvements will be tackled also from the perspective of the employer´s current and future development.
