Design for production line MPA

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem montážní linky pro nový výrobek MPA, víceúčelový aktuátor, ve společnosti Pierburg s.r.o., sídlící v Ústí nad Labem. Tento aktuátor má několik výrobních variant, které je potřeba zakomponovat do připravovaného návrhu montáže tak, aby splňovala všechny požadavky zákazníka a zároveň byla ekonomickým přínosem pro samotný výrobní závod. Studie se zde zaměřuje zejména na problematické operace se svařováním plastových komponentů a operace s označením výrobku, které svojí časovou a finanční náročností ovlivňují celý projekt MPA. Tato práce má sloužit jako návrh balancování operací a počtu operátorů výrobní linky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the concept of assembly lines for the new product MPA, multipurpose actuator, in the company Pierburg Ltd., based in Ústí nad Labem. This actuator has several production variants that need to be incorporated into the project of the assembly to meet all of the customer requirements and at the same time will be an economic benefit for the production company itself. The study focuses here particulalry on the problematic operations with welding of plastic components and operation with marking, which, with their time and financial demands affect the whole MPA project. This work is intended to serve as a research layout of operation and the number of operators of the production line.
