Solution of bankruptcy and its consequences
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce v teoretické části nabízí ucelený pohled na právní úpravu úpadku fyzických osob. V praktické části uvádí čtyři konkrétní případy a na základě jejich analýzy, jsou závěrem odvozeny možné návrhy změn legislativy a zároveň je zde posouzen návrh novely insolvenčního zákona.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis in the theoretical part offers a comprehensive view of the legal regulation of bankruptcy of natural persons. In the practical part, four specific cases are presented and, based on their analysis, the conclusions of possible amendments to the legislation are deduced, while the draft amendment to the Insolvency Act is considered here.
