V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme mechanismům působení CRISPR/Cas9 nukleázy, jejímu využití v modifikaci genů a modulaci genové exprese. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření dvou aktivních komplexů CRISPR/Cas9 nukleázy s využitím dvou různých sgRNA a porovnání efektivity těchto dvou komplexů. Abstract:
In this thesis we study mechanisms of CRISPR/Cas9 nuclease and its use for gene editing and modulation of gene expression. The goals of this thesis were creation of two active complexes of CRISPR/Cas9 nuclease with the use of two different sgRNAs and comparision of effectivity of these two complexes.
