Analysis of system tools supporting innovation in a certain company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Analýza informačního systému a návrh jeho inovace v konkrétním podniku“ je analýza informačního systému ve firmě Chirana T. Injecta, s.r.o., konkrétně zjištění, zda je informační systém vyhovující s ohledem na podnikové činnosti, a dále na základě strategické analýzy podniku návrh inovace podnikových činností a odpovídající inovace informačního systému. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením nezbytných pojmů a seznámením s teorií a metodami sloužícími k dosažení cíle práce. Praktická část nás nejprve seznámí s aktuální situací ve firmě a posléze se zaměří na její hodnocení s využitím metod z teoretické části.

Abstract:

The goal of Bachelor thesis „Analysis of information system and its innovation within certain company“ is analysis of information system in company Chirana T. Injecta, s.r.o., specifically the determination whether it is suitable for corporate activities, and proposing innovation of corporate activities and corresponding innovation of information system based on strategical analysis of the company. Theoretical part concerns with definition of necessary terms and understanding of theory and methods used to achieve the goal of this thesis. Practical part acquaints us with current situation in the company and afterwards focuses on its assessment using methods from theoretical part.
