Táto štúdia je venovaná vybraným témam pozitívnej psychológie. Hlavným cieľom je zistiť vzťah miery nádeje, vďačnosti a zmysluplnosti života k osobnej pohode. Vedľajším cieľom je zistiť tesnosť vzťahov nádeje, vďačnosti a zmysluplnosti života navzájom a tiež porovnať namerané hodnoty u študentov SŠ a VŠ.
