Abstract:

Praha. 2020. 65 s. Bakalářská práce Ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s paraplegií je zpracována formou ošetřovatelské kazuistiky a je rozdělena na teoretickou a ošetřovatelskou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku míšního poranění, kde je pozornost věnována popisu traumatických a netraumatických příčin vzniku míšních poranění, patofyziologii, klinickému obrazu, diagnostice, klasifikaci a terapii míšních poranění. Kapitola věnovaná léčbě míšních poranění je zaměřena na rehabilitační fázi léčby pacientů po míšním poranění. Tato kapitola charakterizuje ošetřovatelskou rehabilitační péči pacientů po míšním poranění a v poslední podkapitole této části jsou rozebrána a popsána specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s paraplegií. V praktické části bakalářské práce je rozpracován ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s paraplegií dolních končetin úrazové etiologie. V této části práce jsou shromážděna data a informace o pacientce a posouzen její celkový stav v ošetřovatelské anamnéze. Na základě těchto údajů jsou stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle a ošetřovatelské intervence, které jsou realizovány a zhodnoceny. Ošetřovatelské diagnózy jsou rozpracovány podle NANDA international 2015–2017. V závěru praktické části jsou zformulována doporučení pro praxi.

The bachelor thesis Nursing process of patients with paraplegia is based on the nursing case report approach. There are theoretical and practical parts in the thesis. The theoretical part is focused on spinal cord injury, where attention is paid to the description of traumatic and non-traumatic causes of spinal cord injury. The chapter focuses on the rehabilitation treatment of patients after spinal cord injury. This chapter characterizes the nursing rehabilitation of patients after spinal cord injury and the last subchapter of this part discusses and describes the specifics of nursing care of patients with paraplegia. In the practical part of the thesis, the nursing process of a patient with paraplegia of lower limbs of traumatic etiology is elaborated. In this part of the thesis, data and information about the patient are collected and her overall medical history is assessed. Based on these data, nursing diagnoses, goals and nursing interventions are established and evaluated. Nursing diagnoses are elaborated according to NANDA International 2015–2017. At the end of the practical part there is included a summary of final practical recommendations.
