Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat využití finančních benefitů mezi motivačními prvky zaměstnanců v podnicích a institucích v ČR. Ve své práci se zaměřují především na vyhodnocení efektivity penzijního připojištění a životního pojištění v nabídce finančního zvýhodnění zaměstnanců. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the usage of financial benefits among the motivational items of employees in enterprises and institutions in the Czech Republic. In my thesis I focus especially on the assessment of efficiency of additional pension insurance and of life insurance in offer of financial conveniences of employees.
