Design and verification of an innovative technical solution for filtration of oils from special crops

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou lisování a filtrace olejů ze speciálních plodin určených zejména pro potravinářský, farmaceutický a kosmetický průmysl. Práce se zabývá konkrétním inovativním řešením filtrace ostropestřce mariánského v provozu, ve kterém vznikla potřeba nahradit stávající řešení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis introduces the problem of pressing and filtration of oils from special crops intended mainly for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The thesis deals with a specific innovative solution for the filtration of milk thistle in the plant, in which the existing solution had to be replaced.
