Abstract:
Náplní této práce je řešení problematiky dokončovacích operací při obrábění superslitiny NIMONIC 80A, která patří do skupiny těžkoobrobitelných materiálů. Cílem je porovnání několika monolitních frézovacích nástrojů od různých výrobců. Hlavním sledovaným faktorem je jejich trvanlivost v závislosti na opotřebení a průběhu řezných sil při frézování slitiny NIMONIC 80A.
Abstract:
The scope of this thesis is a problem solving during finishing operations when machining alloy NIMONIC 80A, which comes under the group of difficult-to-machine metals. The aim of this thesis is to compare several monolithic cutting tools by various suppliers.
