Abstract:
Teoretická část popisuje problematiku řízení zásob, dodavatelských procesů a plynulosti zásobování výrobního procesu. V praktické části aplikuji poznatky na konkrétní podnik a pokusím se analyzovat proces zásobování a posoudit jeho efektivnost.
Abstract:
Teoretical part describes the problematic of the supplies management, supply processes and fluency of supplying the  industrial process. In practical part i will put to use most of the teoretical findings and try to analyze the supply proces and consider its effectiveness.
