Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním řešením kamenných budov a jejich následným zateplením. Seznamuje čitatele s materiály využívanými pro tepelnou izolaci budov, jež jsou v dnešní době nejpoužívanější (minerální izolace a pěnový polystyren), a také s nejstaršími používanými materiály jako je ovčí vlna nebo konopí. Dále rozděluje konstrukce podle způsobu zateplení na kontaktní, provětrávané, sendvičové a zateplené pomocí tepelně izolačních omítek. Zabývá se teplotně vlhkostními podmínkami významnými pro problematiku zateplení masivních kamenných zdí a uvádí možnosti řešení problému vlhkosti, který je u těchto konstrukcí typický. Aplikační část práce se zaměřuje na návrh zateplení kamenného domu z pískovce. Obsahuje návrh zateplení nejčastěji používanými metodami s určením tloušťky zateplení a provedením tepelně vlhkostního řešení detailů v programech Area a KI Real. Navržené varianty jsou multikriteriálně zhodnoceny a na základě tohoto zhodnocení je zvolena varianta nejvhodnější.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the constructional design of the stone buildings and their subsequent insulation. It introduces the materials used for thermal insulation of buildings, the most widely used in present (mineral wool, expanded polystyrene) as well as the oldest ones such as sheep wool or hemp. Further, the thesis classifies the constructions according to the way of insulation into contact, ventilated, sandwich and constructions insulated with a heat-insulating plaster. It deals with the temperature humidity conditions important for the isme of insulation of massive stone walls and it presents possible solutions of the problem of moisture, which is typice for this kind of constructions. The application part of the thesis is focused on a proposal of insulation for a stone house made of sandstone. It contains a proposal suggesting most frequently used methods including determining the thickness of the insulation and performing hygrothermal details in programs Area and KI Real. The proposed options are evaluated in a multicriterial way and based on this evaluation, the most suitable solution is recommended.
