Bakalářská práce sleduje především zákonné možnosti, které usnadňují přístup všem občanům ČR k rozhodnutím soudů ČR. Tyto občany lze rozdělit na dvě skupiny, které mají právo na informace v podobě rozhodnutí soudů ČR. My thesis deals with legal possibilities, which enables citizens of the Czech Republic to get access to juridical decisions. These citizen can be divided into two groups.
