Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o Celní správě České republiky. Je rozdělena do čtyř částí, kdy je nejprve uvedena právní úprava, v druhé části organizační struktura celní správy, poté je práce zaměřena na oddělení mobilního dohledu, jeho specifické činnosti a porovnání výsledků různých oddělení mobilního dohledu.
