Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza portfolia cestovní kanceláře OCEAN CZ, s.r.o., pomocí BCG matice. Klíčová data pro sestrojení grafického modelu matice byla získána telefonickým rozhovorem s majitelkou kanceláře a následně autorkou zpracována. Jedná se o tržby za roky 2021 a 2022 za předem vybrané zájezdy a zároveň stejná data od konkurence, taktéž poskytnuta majitelkou. Výsledná matice představuje …more
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyse the product portfolio of the tour operator OCEAN CZ, s.r.o., using BCG matrix. The key data for building the graphic model of the matrix was obtained by a telephone interview with the owner of the tour operator and processed by the author.
