Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší téma vlivu osobnosti podnikatele na kulturu organizace. Cílem práce je specifikovat a analyzovat styly vedení majitele a styly vedení majitelky konkrétní společnosti, porovnat je mezi sebou a zároveň s kulturou této společnosti a na základě zjištění míry spokojenosti zaměstnanců se stylem vedení konkrétní společnosti navrhnout případná opatření, která by mohla být nápomocná v případě výskytu nespokojenosti na straně zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část charakterizuje rysy osobnosti manažera, popisuje styly vedení manažerů a zaměřuje se na firemní kulturu a její typologii. Praktická část charakterizuje konkrétní společnost, ve které byl proveden výzkum, zkoumá její firemní kulturu a styly vedení majitelů, které porovnává. Zabývá se spokojeností zaměstnanců s vedením majitelů. V závěru praktické části jsou navržena opatření pro snížení nespokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the Influence of the Personality of an Entrepreneur on the Culture of a Company. The aim was to specify and analyze styles of management of the company by a male or female leader. Author tried to compare them to each other, to the culture of the company and, using the data from the survey of employee‘s satisfaction with the style of the management. Author subsequently suggest some measures that could be helpful in case of employee‘s dissatisfaction.The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes features of manager personality, styles of management and characterizes a company´s culture and its typology. The practical part describes specific company where the survey was made. The survey was aimed at company´s culture and management.. It also describes the employee‘s satisfaction with the management. In conclusion of the practical part we included suggestions to reduce employee‘s dissatisfaction.
