Abstract:

Absolventská práce Sociální zemědělství v praxi, srovnání dvou farem představuje, jak funguje integrace zdravotně a sociálně znevýhodněných osob do společnosti prostřednictvím zaměstnávání, sociálních služeb, vzdělávacích a volnočasových aktivit se snahou o zkvalitnění života lidí a společnosti ve venkovských oblastech. Sociální zemědělství rozvíjí nejen zemědělskou činnost, ale podporuje i její udržitelnost. Cílem práce je přiblížit koncept sociálního zemědělství, především jeho poslání, cílové skupiny a realizátory. V závěru teoretické části jsou naznačeny překážky a možná podpora tohoto konceptu. V praktické části autorka popisuje dvě sociální farmy v České republice s cílem porovnat jejich naplňování obecně prospěšného cíle formou kvalitativního výzkumu na obou farmách. Prostředky, kterými byl výzkum uskutečněn, jsou rozhovory s klienty, zaměstnanci, přímé polostrukturované pozorování a studium odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The final thesis ‘Social farming in practice, the comparison of two farms’ shows how the integration of people with different disabilities into society through employing, social services, educational activities and leisure-time activities works. The effort of the social farm in better life of people and society in the country is presented. Social farming develops agricultural activities and supports its sustainability. The aim of the thesis is to describe the concept of social farming mainly through its mission, target groups and organisers. At the end of the heoretical part there are shown boundaries as well as possible support of social farming. In the practical part, the author describes two social farms in the Czech Republic. The aim of this part is compare fulfilling of a generally profitable aim in both farms by qualitative research. The interviews with clients, employees, direct partially structured observation and studies of specialized literature are the methods which were used for this research.
