Cieľom bakalárskej práce je porovnať historické fakty úpravy majetkových vzťahov medzi manželmi,preskúmať bezpodielové spoluvlastníctvo manželov, rozobrať exekučný proces a dopad na bezpodielové spoluvlastníctvo manželov.
