Development of strength abilities in wrestling
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je rozvoj silových schopností v zápase. První část práce je teoretická a zaměřuje se na zápas jako sport, dále obsahuje pojmy a definice spojené se silovými schopnostmi a jejich rozvojem. Druhá část práce je praktická a její součástí je zásobník cviků. Tento zásobník cviků je obohacen o fotografie, které čtenáři pomohou pochopit provedení a použití v praxi.
Abstract:
The theme of this bachelor thesis is development of strength skills in wrestling. First part is theoretical and it is focused on wrestling as sport. It includes also terms and definitions related to strength skills and their development. The second part is practical and it includes magazine of excersizes.
