Práce se zaměřuje na problém nedostatku řidičů z povolání nákladní silniční dopravy. Snaží se dostat do podvědomí čtenáře fakta o stavu této velmi důležité profese, která je potřebná pro celou společnost. Poukazuje na problém, jak obtížné je pro podnikatele nejenom získat, ale také stabilizovat zaměstnance s touto profesí, jejíž trend postupně upadá.
