Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii dvou nejstarších kaváren v Brně – kavárny hotelu Slávia a Zemanovy cukrárny. Jelikož kavárenské téma je v české společnosti prozatím nepříliš probádané, je práce založena především na vlastním terénním výzkumu a pracovní zkušenosti. Abstract: My bachelor thesis deals with two oldest cafés in Brno – café Slavia and café Zeman on the Josefská street. Because of the lack of professional work on café’s topic in Brno, the thesis is based mainly on my own research and experiences. The research consists of the interviews with descendants of the original owner and with recent managers of both cafés. The purpose is to approximate the progress …more
