Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující dostupnost vlastního bydlení v České republice, s ohledem na současnou ekonomickou situaci a tržní podmínky. The presented thesis focuses on the factors affecting the availability of homeownership in the Czech Republic, considering the current economic situation and market conditions. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate key factors that influence the accessibility of homeownership and subsequently formulate recommendations for improving the situation.
