Self-concept of a pupil with ADHD from a teacher's perspective

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem sebepojetí žáka s ADHD z pohledu učitele. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola předkládá informace o syndromu ADHD. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na postavení žáka s ADHD v edukačním procesu na běžné základní škole. Je zde vymezeno období mladšího a staršího školního věku, jakožto vývojového období typického pro povinnou školní docházku. Dále se tato kapitola zaobírá důležitými faktory při vzdělávání žáků s ADHD a jejich postavením ve třídě. Následuje teoretické vymezení termínu sebepojetí a náhled na sebepojetí žáka s ADHD. Třetí, poslední, kapitola se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu. Zaměřuje se na jeho cíl, výzkumné otázky a na jeho celkový průběh. Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjistit, jaký je pohled pedagoga na žáka s ADHD ve třídě, jaké je jeho sebepojetí a zda je možno jej ovlivnit.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the topic of self-conception of a pupil with ADHD from the teacher's perspective. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter presents information about ADHD. The second chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the position of a pupil with ADHD in the educational process at a standard elementary school. It defines the period of younger and older school age as a developmental period typical of compulsory education. Furthermore, this chapter discusses important factors in the education of ADHD pupils and their status in the classroom. The following is the theoretical definition of the term self-concept and an insight into the self-concept of a pupil with ADHD. The third and final chapter deals with qualitative research. It focuses on its goal, research questions and its overall course. The aim of the research is to find out what is the pedagogue's view of a pupil with ADHD in the classroom, what his / her self-concept is and whether it can be influenced.
