Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením zasílatele a službami jím poskytovanými. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První část objasňuje problematiku zasílatelství, její legislativu a asociace působící v tomto oboru. Druhá část práce představuje služby poskytované zasílatelem. This bachelor work deals with the position of the sender and provided services. The work is divided into four chapters. The first part explains problems of forwarding, its legislation and associations working in this field. The second part present services provided by the forwarder.
