This bachelor thesis is focused on a motif of labyrinth as a symbol of relativity, journey and meditation in the work of J. L. Borges and M. C. Escher and its interpretation from the perspective of the key works of the theory of postmodernism, especially Postmodern Condition by J.-F. Lyotard and J. Baudrillard’s Simulations.
