Physiotherapeutic intervention focusing on gait stereotype in spastic patients with multiple sclerosis

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je fyzioterapeutická intervence se zaměřením na stereotyp chůze u spastických pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. První část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům, které zahrnují etiopatogenezi, klinický obraz, diagnostiku a léčbu roztroušené sklerózy. Součástí teorie je i fyziologie a patologie chůze nebo specifika chůze u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. Závěr teoretické části je věnován fyzioterapeutické intervenci pro pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou jako jsou metody na neurofyziologickém podkladě nebo terapie pomocí zebris - Rehawalk?. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá výzkumem osmi probandů s různou kvalitou chůze v závislosti na jejich onemocnění. Cílem je zhodnotit vliv cílené fyzioterapie na vybrané parametry chůze pomocí dynamického chodníku zebris - Rehawalk? u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is a physiotherapeutic intervention focusing on gait stereotype in spastic patients with multiple sclerosis. There is a theoretical and a practical part. The first part is dedicated to theoretical knowledge including etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis. Gait physiology and pathology and the specifics of patients gait with multiple sclerosis are also part of the theory. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to physiotherapeutic intervention for patients with multiple sclerosis such as methods based on neurophysiology or therapy with zebris - Rehawalk?. The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with the research of eight probands with different quality of walking depending on their diseases. The aim is to evaluate the effect of physiotherapy targeted on selected gait parameters using the dynamic path zebris - Rehawalk? in patients with multiple sclerosis.
