Práce je zaměřená na problematiku seniorského věku. Zdůrazňuje význam aktivní staroby a popisuje druhy aktivizačních programů pro seniory. Práce zkoumá aspekty a důsledky stárnutí. The work is focused on the issue of the elderly. It emphasizes the importance of active ageing and describes the types of activation programmes for the elderly.
