Task of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic at any type of incident and its cooperation with other units of the Integrated Rescue System in the Usti Region

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na činnost, organizaci práce a strukturální členění Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, který je nedílnou součástí Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky. Aktivita této organizace v koordinaci činností při společných zásazích, její technická vybavenost a profesionalita příslušníků je nejvíce patrná při řešení přírodních katastrof či zdolávání jiných mimořádných událostí. Integrovaný záchranný systém České republiky, jehož základními složkami jsou: Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky a jednotky požární ochrany, Policie České republiky a Zdravotní záchranná služba stále prochází stádiem rozvoje a vývoje v podobě zdokonalování některých, například komunikačních technologií či různých inovací v metodice spolupráce, jenž má usnadnit součinnost jednotlivých složek.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on activities, work organization and a structure of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, which is an integral part of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. Activities of this organization in coordinating joint interventions, and its technical skills and professionalism of members are most apparent when dealing with natural disasters or other emergency events. The Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic consists of the following elements: the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the Fire Brigades, the Police of the Czech Republic and the Ambulance Service. All these actors go through continous development and improvement – for example in Information and Communication Technologies or various forms of innovations in the used methodologies of cooperation. The advancements shall facilitate interaction of the individual components.
