Squatting as the Conflict between the Right to the Peaceful Enjoyment of Possessions and the Right to Housing
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na jev zvaný squatting z ústavně-právního hlediska. Je zde zkoumán konflikt práva na pokojné užívání vlastnictví a práva na bydlení. Také je přiblížen soukromoprávní a veřejnoprávní rámec související se squattingem. Nakonec je rozebrána i problematika legalizace squattingu.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis concerns the “squatting” phenomenon from the constitutional law point of view. It deals with the conflict of the right to housing and the right to peaceful enjoyment of possesions. It’s subjects are the civil and public legal consequences of squatting as well. Finally, the question of squatting legalization is also analyzed.
