Register marriage

Abstract:

V mé diplomové práci se zaobírám tématem matriky manželství. V práci se v počátku věnuji matriční agendě, ve které blíže popisuji matriční úřady jejich příslušnost, pravomoc, doklady které vydávají, knihy a sbírky listin, jež jsou jimi vedeny a osobu. Tyto uvedené pojmy lze zařadit do skupiny nazývané matriční agenda.Podstatnou část mé práce jsem věnoval případům uzavření manželství, které jsou rozděleny na obecné a zvláštní případy. Ve spojitosti s každým případem jsem poukázal na potřebné doklady a podmínky, které musejí být splněny před uzavřením manželství.Dále jsem se v práci zaměřil na registrované partnerství. Porovnal jsem jeho právní úpravu s evropskými zeměmi Francií, Nizozemím a Švédským královstvím a v nejzávažnějších oblastech i se zákonnou úpravou práv a povinností manželů České republiky.V závěru vysvětluji pojem a druhy matričních knih, které se týkají manželství a registrovaného partnerství. Uvádím možnosti oprav v matričních knihách a zaobírám se uložením a archivací těchto matričních knih

Abstract:

I describe the theme of the marriage register in my graduation theses. In the beginning of my thesis I follow the register offices and their applicability, authority, documentation which the offices issue, books and documents reports. All I now mention are works of the employees of these offices - registrar. All these conceptions you can call register agenda.The main parts of my thesis are cases, which describe connections of partners ? marriage ? common and special ways. I also mentioned documents and conditions which have to be realized before the contraction of marriage.In another part of my theses I aimed to registered partnership. I compare legal law lay-out about registered partnerships with European countries like France, Netherlands, the Swedish Kingdom and other areas, and legal law lay-out of discretions and duties of married couples in the Czech Republic.In the end of my thesis I explain the idea and types of register books which refer about the marriage register and registered partnerships. I describe the cases, when the registration is written in the relevant register book, I name the correction possibility in register books and not in the end I interpret the meaning of saving and archiving of these register books.
